Migo Consult awarded train driver training licence and assessment

We’re proud to share that the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) have awarded Migo Consult its train driver training licence and assessment. 

This puts us in a very select group, only a handful of non-railway operators have achieved this, and for us it marks an important step forward. 

This accreditation means everything we design, and deliver is aligned with the same standards that underpin traditional driver training, combining innovation and assurance to better support our clients and the wider industry. 

It reinforces the quality of our digital learning solutions, including eLearning and VLEx, ensuring they are grounded in accredited, industry-ready practice and built to meet real-world operational needs. 

Looking ahead, it also gives us the ability to extend our offer from classroom learning to simulated cab-based delivery. Creating even more integrated and flexible pathways for developing skills across the rail sector. 

Most importantly, it helps us continue shaping training that is relevant, adaptive and ready for the challenges ahead, keeping people at the centre of digital transformation in rail.
